Wellness that grows with you

Small steps.
Lasting change.
Real life.

Jeevrit plans your food, movement and sleep around the day you’re actually having—your kitchen,
your budget, and the air outside your window.

Your wellness journey

A guided journey. Real progress.

Three connected steps. One system that grows with you — and narrows the advice until it fits the day you’re actually having.

    01Understand

    See clearly. Start gently.

A few quiet questions about your food, your sleep and the shape of your day. No kitchen, a tight budget, a diet you keep — we write those down as rules your plan has to follow, not preferences it forgets by tomorrow.

    • A starting point taken from your own week
    • Your kitchen, budget and diet, on the record
    • We ask for what we need, and nothing more

What we believe

Why it feels different

  • Action over information.

A few things you can do today beat a dashboard that explains everything and changes nothing.

  • Evidence over popularity.

Every suggestion traces back to a recorded health claim, with its evidence graded and its limits written down. Not to whatever is trending this week.

  • Safety before personalisation.

We check what is safe for you before we suggest anything, never after. And if the AI is ever unavailable, you still get your plan that day.

  • Commercial independence.

Nobody can pay to appear in your plan. We built it so that it isn’t possible — it isn’t a promise we’re asking you to trust.

  • Privacy by design.

We ask for the least personal information the app needs. Your health details are only sent to an AI if you say yes to that separately — and you can say no, and Jivi still works.

Most people know
the advice.
The hard part is
making it fit life.

— That’s where Jeevrit begins.

Made where you live

Built for the Indian day

Not a global app with a regional food list bolted on. Your kitchen, your katori, the calendar and the air outside — your plan reads all of them before it suggests anything.

  • The food is Indian

Thousands of real Indian dishes, with the nutrition worked out from what actually goes into them — not a Western food list with paneer bolted on.

  • Portions are how you speak

One katori. One roti. One bowl. The measures you already use — not “150 g of curry”.

  • Your diet isn’t a filter

Vegetarian, non-vegetarian, eggetarian, Jain, vegan — rules your plan has to follow, not something the app forgets by next week.

  • Bad air changes your day

When the air outside is bad, your walk moves indoors on its own. You don’t have to notice or ask.

  • The year has festivals in it

Days missed during Diwali do not break your streak. We built that in — it isn’t a promise in an advert.

Ask anything

It remembers you.
You decide what it keeps.

The more Jivi knows about your days, the less you have to explain yourself. So here is exactly how much it holds on to — and what it refuses to.

  • It remembers, and you hold the pen.

One screen shows everything it knows about you. Add something yourself, change it, or delete it. Deleting is final — it can never pick that up again on its own.

  • What it won’t remember.

Nothing about your health, your allergies, or what you can’t eat. Anything like that is turned away before it is ever saved.

  • Your choice, and you can undo it.

Your health details are only sent to an AI if you say yes to that separately. Say no later and everything it learned is deleted with it.

If it starts to suggest a food you can’t eat, you never see that answer.

Where we stop

What Jeevrit is not

  • Not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
  • Not a doctor, and not a prescription platform.
  • Not a service that tells anyone to stop a medicine.
  • Not a supplement storefront wearing a health app’s clothes.
  • Not a chatbot that answers any medical question you ask it.

For anything medical, please ask a doctor — and if it is urgent, ask one now rather than us. Nobody can pay their way into your plan either. We built it so that it isn’t possible.

Our story

Why we started

Most of us have downloaded four health apps and deleted all four. Not because the advice was wrong—because it was written for someone else. Someone with a kitchen. Someone whose evening is free. Someone whose food is on the chart.

Jeevrit started from a smaller question: what would you actually do today, given the day you’re actually having? That question needs real work behind it—an Indian food catalogue built from ingredients rather than guesses, safety checks that run before you’re shown anything, evidence attached to every suggestion. Most of it you’ll never see. That’s the point.

We’d rather tell you what we don’t know than fill the gap with a confident number.
